Menopause for womenMenopause for women can be a very difficult time in there life but there are menopause natural remedies to help deal with it. My mother suffered with menopause in the worst way I can say but refused to take any drugs.

I wanted to help her the best way I could so I did some research to help her deal with her menopause in a natural way.

One of her main problems was severe hot flashes. Just basic slow breathing techniques help reduce her hot flashes when they occurred. I had to talk my mother into trying this one but she finally did, acupuncture. This was said to reduce hot flashes to an extent and they did help her out.

I also told her to work out more, she watches too much television and needed to be more active. She has a workout regimen in the mornings and has been feeling better even since. I figure she took care of me for so long it was time to return the favor. She would have never looked up natural remedies herself I know.

One of the herbs that I was willing to give my mother to try was Black Cohosh. I saw a mixed bag of reviews and wasn’t sure it really works, or when you take it you think you will get better therefore you might. It could be what they call a sham drug.
